Paul Rodgers is an English singer, songwriter, and musician. He was vocalist of the rock bands Free and Bad Company.

He is the son of Phyllis Doreen (Tindale) and Bernard Rodgers. Paul is married to Canadian fitness instructor and former model, Cynthia Kereluk, who was crowned Miss Canada 1984, and then represented Canada in Miss Universe 1984. His two children with his former wife, Machiko Shimizu, are Steve Rodgers and Jasmine Rodgers, who are members of the rock band Bôa.

Paul’s paternal grandfather was Michael Rodgers (the son of Michael Rodgers and Mary Coyle). Paul’s grandfather Michael was born in Workington, Cumberland.
