Justin Shenkarow is an American actor, voice actor, producer, writer, and director. He is known for starring as Simon Holmes on the series Eerie, Indiana. He also appeared on the shows Picket Fences (1992) and Where on Earth Is Carmen Sandiego?, and had voice roles in the Hey Arnold! franchise, including Hey Arnold!: The Movie; and on the shows ProStars, Life with Louie, Lloyd in Space, and Spidey and His Amazing Friends.

Justin is the son of Rosalie and Maxwell Shenkarow. His father was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. His parents are both Jewish.

Justin’s paternal grandfather was Louis Edward Shenkarow (the son of Mottel/Max Shenkarow and Chaike/Clara Zivot/Zhivotovsky). Louis was born in Kiev, Russia, now Ukraine. Chaike was the daughter of Shmuel Isser Zhivotovsky and Gitel Gertrude Shlakovsky, who was from Odessa.

Justin’s paternal grandmother was named Freda Reva Neuman/Nemerovksy (the daughter of James Nemerovsky and Clara). Freda was born in Canada.
